Cherokee Mountain Cabins is proud to offer the service of a gourmet cook. Whether it’s a romantic dinner for two on your cabin deck or a family gathering at the group pavilion. Our Cook takes care of everything – from purchasing the groceries to preparing and serving your gourmet meal…through cleanup. The cost is just $45 per hour, plus groceries. (this is for the time in the cabin only as there is no extra charge for the grocery shopping or driving to/from the grocery store or cabin) The average time-frame for a dinner for 2 people is 3 hours - $135 + cost of groceries. It is a wonderful experience that is highly recommended.

What’s on the menu? Just about anything you’d like. Our gourmet cook will call you ahead of your visit and plan every detail. If you’d like, they will include such extras as wine and hors d’oeuvres in the hot tub for you to enjoy while they are preparing the meal.

This wonderful service includes all of the planning, shopping, preparation, serving and cleanup to ensure that your culinary experience will be completely satisfactory.

Suggested Menu Items

Appetizers: Hot Crab Dip, Stuffed Mushrooms, Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip, Baked Brie with Raspberry Preserves & Toasted Almonds, Crab Cakes, Brucetta, Spinach Feta Bites, Shrimp Cocktail or Caprese Salad.

Salads: Spring Mix topped with Fresh Fruits, Feta, Candied Pecans and Poppyseed Dressing; Caesar; Baby Spinach with warm Bacon Vinaigrette; Garden or Greek.

Entrees: Grilled Steak (Ribeye or Fillet, and you're welcome to add a lobster tail), Blackend Salmon, Lobster Newburg, Stuffed Shells, Chicken Stuffed with Fontina & Spinach, Cornish Hens and Chicken Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo, Creamy Basil Risotto with Seared Sea Scallops.

Veggies: Any type of fresh veggies!

Desserts: Specialty Brownie with Ice Cream, Cheesecake with Fresh Fruits, Pecan Pie, Southern Strawberry Shortcake with Homemade Whipped Cream, Toffee Pudding, Pineapple Upside-down Cake or Coconut Cake.
