Our personal chef is available to prepare a romantic dinner for two, or group reunion meals

Cherokee Mountain Cabins is proud to offer the service of a Personal Chef. Whether you are planning a romantic dinner for two or a large family gathering, our Chef takes care of everything. The Chef’s fee is $45 per hour (three hour minimum), plus the cost of groceries. (A two‐person dinner averages three hours. There is no charge for the time spent grocery shopping or traveling to/from the store.).

What’s on the menu? Just about anything you’d like. Our Chef will contact you ahead of your visit to discuss your preferences, and will then plan every detail.

This service includes planning, shopping, preparation, serving, and cleanup to ensure a perfect experience.

Suggested Menu Items

Appetizers: Crab dip; stuffed mushrooms; spinach artichoke dip; baked Brie with raspberry preserves and toasted almonds; crab cakes; bruschetta; spinach feta bites; shrimp cocktail; or Caprese salad.

Salads: Spring mix topped with fresh fruits, feta; candied pecans and poppy seed dressing; baby spinach with warm bacon vinaigrette; and Caesar, garden, or Greek salads.

Entrees: Grilled steak (rib‐eye or fillet, add a lobster tail!); blackened salmon; lobster Newburg; stuffed shells; chicken stuffed with fontina and spinach; Cornish hens and chicken broccoli fettuccine Alfredo; or creamy basil risotto with seared sea scallops.

Vegetables: Any type of fresh vegetables.

Desserts: Specialty brownie with ice cream; cheesecake with fresh fruits; pecan pie; southern strawberry shortcake with homemade whipped cream; toffee pudding; pineapple upside‐down cake; or coconut cake.
