We offer flexible wedding packages designed to suit a variety of celebration styles, guest counts (maximum of 100), and budgets. Whether you’re planning a single-day event or a multi-day wedding retreat, our packages provide access to essential amenities, professional support, and optional on-site accommodations. Venue Package
The Venue Package is a flexible, wedding-day option that gives you a beautiful mountain setting for your ceremony and reception, plus the essentials to keep the day running smoothly. You’ll have dedicated venue access, on-site staff support, key rentals and amenities included, and built-in logistics like setup and shuttle service. Lodging is booked separately, so guests can choose cabins that fit their needs.

- 0–25 guests: $3,750
- 26–50 guests: $5,900
- 51–75 guests: $7,800
- 75–100 guests: $9,600

- Cabins are booked separately.
- Wedding guests reserving two or more consecutive nights receive 10% off cabin reservations, and the wedding couple receives 15% off their cabin reservation.
- These discounts apply to the Venue Package and are not applicable to the Premier Package.
Premier Package
The Premier Package is a private wedding-weekend experience for couples who want more than a single-day celebration. It includes exclusive multi-day venue access and a full cabin buyout (all 18 cabins), so your closest family and friends can stay together on-site. With a hosted arrival welcome and coordinated transportation, it brings everyone together before, during, and after the wedding day.

- Complimentary shuttle service from 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM
Second Venue Day
- Access from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM
- Shuttle service from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Additional Info
- This package is designed for groups who want everyone staying on-site together for the full weekend.
- Cabin discounts offered with the Venue Package do not apply, since accommodations are included as part of the Premier Package.
